With over two decades of leadership experience—ranging from Civil Engineering to Programme & Portfolio Management —she recognizes a critical need for a dedicated platform that empowers women to lead with confidence, precision, and agility.

Training and Learning Specialist
Promise Tintswalo Maluleka is an HR graduate and seasoned Learning and Development expert with over 10 years of experience. As the Training and Learning Specialist for Women in Project Management South Africa, she leverages her deep expertise in human capital development to foster growth and excellence. Promise is a fierce advocate for women’s development and is dedicated to the philosophy of continuous improvement, consistently delivering learning solutions that empower professionals to reach their peak potential.

Nozipho Tshabalala is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering & Green Technology with hands-on experience in project administration and technical co-ordination.
